Export Procedure

We always aim for our clients to have the best overall service when purchasing a vehicle therefore we provide our customers with easy steps of export procedures in which we explain them step by step. Please see below, If you have any further enquires please don’t hesitate to contact us.


Selection of a vehicle We have many vehicles in stock and regularly updating our website with new vehicles. Please contact us with any enquires regarding any of the vechicles listed.
Send in Orders/Inquire When you decide to purchase a suitable car, please email us at [Email here] . Our sales staff will get back to you vis email within 2 working days. Do ensure your contact details are correct.
Invoice/Payment Upon getting the details of desire unit and if it suits your requirments please inform us of your decisions. After which we will discuss the delivery and arrange payment terms. Our staff will prepare and provide you with Invoice with vehicle details and send it via Email within 3 working days.

In most cases we require full payment before shipment of vehicles, but we understand that that is not always the case and we can offer other payment terms. Please contact us to discuss. Upon receiving the invoice, please make payment as per arranged or discussed with our sales staff. Once payment is done, please email or fax us the payment proof so we can confirm the sale.
Delivery/Shipping Once full payment is received, our staff will email you with sales/commercial invoice. Your vehicle will then be prepared for export and shipment to desired port. Booking confirmation of shipment stating departure and arrival dates will be emailed or faxed as preferred by the customer.
